How do I pick my own numbers?
Click the "Eraser" icon next to the "Hot/Cold" buttons. It can be found at the top right of the main board area. This will clear the board. Then simply click any number(s) you like. You can also click any selected number to de-select it.

How do I clear the numbers?
You can clear the numbers quickly by clicking the "Eraser" icon at the top right just above the numbers on the board and next to the "Hot/Cold" icon. You can also click each selected number to de-select them one by one.

Chat seems confusing. What's up?
The in-game chat is the same accross all three games. Some players may be discussing one game while others may be discussing another. When asking questions, it's best to mention what game you are referring to specifically.

What are levels?
Levels are an indication of how the length and experience of a player. The higher the level, the more experienced.

What are gems and how do I get them?
Gems are currently vanity items. In the near future, you will be able to use them for things in the game. They are accrued when you level up.

What are the eggs in Caveman and how do I get them?
The eggs in Caveman are random multipliers. If a number you have selected is chosen in the draw and there is an egg on it, you have a chance at multiplying your winnings.

How do I get a bonus draw in Cleopatra?
If the last ball drawn is matched with a number you selected, and your numbers are a winner, you get 12 bonus draws for free!

What does the "QP" button do?
The "QP" button choose Quick Picks.

What does the "H/C" buttons do?
The select the hottest or coldest numbers based on the last 25 draws

How do I select a wager?
You use the + or - buttons next to the input fields or type right into the input field.

What does the weird eraser looking button do at the end?
The eraser clears the board for you.

What does the "Switch" button do in 4 Card?
The "Switch" button in 4 Card gives you a look at all your four cards combined into one. Think if it as an overview.

What is 4 Card keno?
Think of 4 Card keno simply as the ability to play up to four different sets of numbers on the same draw.

How many numbers can I play?
A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 per card.

What is the bonus draw feed?
The bonus draw feeds are lives feeds of the bonuses won or played by players. Each game has specific bonuses.

How can I contact the team?
Go to the main Keno Empire official Facebook page and message the team.

What browsers does Keno Empire support?
Keno Empire can be played using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Internet Explorer 9.0, 10.0, and Opera. Please note, some audio and layout differences will occur between browsers. For the best user experience we recommend Google Chrome.

How do I turn off sound?
Go to the settings panel under the "Settings" link in the top right of the screen.

Chat is annoying. Can I turn it off?
Yes. Go to the settings panel under the "Settings" link in the top right of the screen.

I bought some coins but never got them. What's the deal?
First, try refreshing your browser. If that doesn't work, don't worry, if the purchase went through we've got you covered. WE DO NOT PROCESS PAYMENTS OR HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION. FACEBOOK DOES ALL PROCESSING. Just send us a direct message on our Facebook page and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Also, check what browser you are using. Internet Explorer 7.0 is not currently supported and 8.0 and 9.0 can be a bit stubborn.

Do you offer a daily bonus?
Yes. In fact, there are 5! You collect them every two hours by clicking the button.

What are bonus rounds?
Bonus rounds are special rounds that happen in Cleopatra. Match the last ball on a winning draw and you get 12 bonus draws free

Can I block or report users in chat?
Yes. Click on the "Ignore / Report" link in a player's chat message window and follow the onscreen directions.

Why does the link to your game read "Page not found"?
We are probably down for maintenance. Check our Facebook page for maintenance updates.

Why is there no audio?
Internet Explorer 8.0 as well as some older editions of Firefox do not support audio for the game.

Why won't the game load?
Check your browser. Internet Explorer is a bit picky.

When will you support Internet Explorer?
We currently support Internet Explorer 8.0 and up.

Do you have an iPhone version?
No. But you can play the game on most mobile devices through the browser.

Are you affiliated with any other keno games on Facebook?
Nope.

Are their administrators for the Keno Empire chat lounge?
Nope. We'd rather y'all be on the same level of authority.

What kind of dog is Moses?
Moses is a purebred English Bull Terrier.



COINS

To buy coins, click the "Get Coins" link located at the top right of the header on the main screen.

All items are based on USD currency. Items cannot be returned once they have been purchased. All sales are final.

Store items will be updated regularly.



KENO EMPIRE ACCOUNTS

Each community member of Keno Empire must only have a single primary account. Community members with multiple accounts will be subjected to a public ban of all Keno Empire games on Facebook.




LOUNGE CHAT

To chat in the lounge, simply type your message into the area above the "Send" button and then click the "Send" button to post it.

You can ban or report a community member for inappropriate behaviour by clicking on the "Ignore / Report" link in the top right area of a chat message. This will open a pop up window that will allow you to ignore or report the community member.

Users of Keno Empire properties agree to act in a respectful manner and conduct themselves in a way appropriate for all users.

Players are forbidden to:

• Use profanity, including short forms for profanities, punctuation marks used in place of profanities and colloquial versions of profanities that are generally accepted on television as not being swear words

• General and perpetual negative behavior

• Talk about or promote competing games that are similar

• Use racist or derogatory terms

• Post illegal/sexual topics

• Spam the message boards, and harassment of other users

• Insult another player or posting false/misleading information about that player

• Create excessive amounts of meaningless or repetitive threads, or any other content considered as spam

• Create posts which mention or link to any Keno Empire game content that has yet to be released (images, descriptions, flash movies, etc.)

• Show prejudice or discriminating against others (towards an individual, people, a race/ethnic group, a religion/belief, etc.)

• Advertise products or services, including Facebook applications, external chat applications, and other games of a similar ilk

Violation of these terms is grounds for removal from the Keno Empire property in question and a report to Facebook.
